Agreement
PokerVoid reserves the right to change the terms and conditions on the agreement between any member of this community (players) and PokerVoid without prior notice at any time. The rates of rakebacks may change or be discontinue for whatever reason based on changes at a particular site. PokeVoid is not responsible for those changes. However, we will do our best to negotiate in good faith with partner sites to maintain or improve our commission and relationship with them. There are no guarantees on stipulated payout dates or amounts. Bonus offers may expire or change without our notification

Minimum Age
You must be of legal age in your country/ jurisdiction of origin but not less than 18 years of age.

Share of Information
Our partners share information of your activity. As a member of the PokerVoid community, you approve that PokerVoid receive such information.

Good Standing
It is the responsibility of each member (player) to abide by all the poker sites rules and conditions. PokerVoid takes no responsibility for account closure, taxes or any other circumstance regarding the player's account.

Payments
All rakeback payments are calculated after any bonus, transaction fees or any other fee that is passed to us. In addition, depending on the type of payment option selected by the member (player), the transaction fee will be passed (deducted from the rakeback) to the member.

Fraud
Without limiting any other remedies, PokerVoid may suspend or terminate your account if we suspect that you (by conviction or otherwise) have engaged in fraudulent activity in connection with the Site.

Privacy
We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes without your explicit consent and we only use your information as described in the Privacy Policy

No Warranty
WE, OUR SUBSIDIARIES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES AND OUR SUPPLIERS PROVIDE OUR WEB SITE AND SERVICES "AS IS" AND WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OR CONDITION, EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY. WE, OUR SUBSIDIARIES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES AND OUR SUPPLIERS SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIM ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF TITLE, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT

Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL WE, OUR SUBSIDIARIES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES OR OUR SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR LOST PROFITS OR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH OUR SITE, OUR SERVICES OR THIS AGREEMENT (HOWEVER ARISING, INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE).
